I didn’t receive my cashback after cancellation of the movie ticket. For last 6 days my passbook is showing the amount, but I don’t know where it is because I cannot use it. Each time when I try for payment Paytm asks for KYC. I tried many ways to do KYC, but system generates a message “something went wrong”. Please give my money back.
