Ordered medicine from 1mg using paytm wallet and it shows 75 rupees cashback agsinst order. Order received on 5 february 2023 and it was showing cashback 75 rs will be credited in 7 days. Today is 14 February but still shows pending in wallet. When try to contact paytm customer care, not getting an option to ask for money cashback. Even no option to talk customer executive. I need my cash back money 75 rupees. Why you are not loading money as commited in offer?
