On the 15th of Jan I made a online Paytm payment Rs.812 and I got Rs.800 cash back scratch card, it showed pending 48hrs 800 cash back later I dint get it, so I raised a ticket through paytm 24/7 care ref no.192388612 after 2days they closed ticket stating I need to complete KYC to get the cash back, I completed the KYC and informed them they again say it will take 24 to 48hrs to get the cash back and I’m getting the same reply from 5days and I dint receive any cash back, I have screen shorts which will help to conform the cash back, please find the attachment and do the need full.
