Dear sir,
I have purchased a sandal of Sparx brand from Paytm mall on 100% cash back but I didn’t receive my cash back while I applied promo code. But Paytm says that I have not applied promo code and they gave me only 30% cash back. Plz help me and provide my money back

In 26th feb i order a sinew BCAA 200 grm. Iy said that it is 90 rs cash back.
And after that i ordered a six pack nutrition raw whey 1 kg in 28 February 2018 which have 325 cash back.
I already got both product n 1 march. Till now i am not receive my cashback, and after i see my orders thay say in that product i was not selected any promocode..so please as soon as possible please send me my cashback soon..
