Sir,
I have ordered Mobile phone from paytm. It is already delivered to me but yet i haven’t get any cashback. My order is ID #3754127583 .
I had put down compliant No. 37408596 where i have get replied that you have not applied any promo code which is faulse statement given by paytm. Still as goodwill gesture, promised to add cashback to my account within 72 hours by paytm representative.
It’s been 8 days but i have yet not get any cashback. There is no customer care nos. to talk, only machine is giving reply. Kindly do needful ASAP.
