Image Uploaded by Shailesh Thakkar:from ahmedabad , i have placed on order in PAYTM i.e. LOTTO men balck running shoes Ar-4698-060on 07-04-2019 . order 7883078938 worth 499.00 rupees with shipping charges 0 rupees total 499.00 rupees.
Today 12.04.2019. PAYTM has been cancelled my order without information to me amount has been added in my wallet. Today i spoken to one of the PAYTM customer care executive i asked to him why your are cancelled my order without my permission?
he is telling PAYTM have rights to cancel without information to buyer. Please tell me sir if PAYTM have this type of Rights(without inform to buyer order can be cancel by third party) what is the use of consumer law and consumer court.
Finally i am requesting to you please inform to PAYTM please send my product to me.
