Dear sir/madam,
I had used paytm postpaid to make a payment to a merchant but the money was not reflected in the merchants account and still it was deducted from my paytm postpaid the merchant has given me his bank statement of the whole month there is no such payment shown in his account but still the paytm executives are calling me everyday to pay the postpaid amount which I have not even used and they are harassing and telling they will send police and my cibil score will be 0
