we reached at the boarding point on time and the bus operator called the respective bus driver and said bus is one and half hr delayed. as we could not wait for that time due to extreme rush, we made other arrangements. Bus operator cancelled the tickets and processed the 100 prcnt refund right in front of us. I raised a ticket regarding same on pay tm in which there was no response. I tried to call twice on helpline number, and machine voicemail answred. it’s been 18 hours since the bus journey and still didn’t recieve refund. please do needful.
