paytm has blocked my account on 30/05/2020 stating that I have done fraud of Rs15,148.35 on 29/05/2020 and of which kolkata police has reported against me as a fraud. On further inquiries with paytm, they provided me a mail id of kolkata police I.e., bankfraud@kolkatapolice.gov.in on which I have sent many mails but didn’t get any reply from them. On asking of details of the person who has made the stated transaction , they simply says that all the details are provided to you but in real they haven’t provided me any details. Infact they are not sharing a proof that I have done fraud where I have sent them that I have not done any transaction of stated amount , infact I didn’t received money too of stated amount.
