I am an bc agent of Paytm payment bank. One of the Paytm executive came to my shop and said I have to pay the Paytm rs 10000 to become the Preferred Partner and I would be able to the money transfer, kyc, fast tag, issue ATM cards among the many more services. I paid the amont and everything was fine for almost 2 months. All of a sudden they closed all the services and now the their app is showing YOUR BC SERVICE ACCOUNT REQUEST US UNDER PROCESS. I have already made complaint to my area manager but no response. Everytime they say I will check and revert back to you. It is now almost 1 year that my account is suspended and noone is ready to help. Paytm have cheated me by not keeping their promises. IT IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT NEVER EVER INVEST ANY MONEY TO BECOME AN PAYTM PREFERRED BC AGENT
