We have a prepaid broadband airtel connection from january and in month of july we shifted from greater noida to ghaziabad and airtel customer support team told us that there will be no charges of shifting. After shifting they installed the internet system and after 7 to 10 days we got a bill of 350 rs.for the internet charges but we have already paid 2828 for the july august and September month in advance. But now the airtel customer care team is regularly harassing for the payment of bill which we have already paid. And they main thing they are clearly declining that we received no prepaid payment. We have sent many mails attaching the transaction we have paid. But they are not responding for that only doing mental harassment by declining any payment received. I don’t know from where they got the courage to decline like this. Everyday they are threatening for disconnecting the internet and not giving us details about the charges. We want a clearance for the bill that they are asking to pay
