So I on 1st February made a transaction using paytm upi where I erroneously transferred amount of 20000, 20000, 8000 i.e 48000 rupees to a wrong beneficiary…now paytm tells me to contact bank for reversal procedure and bank tells me to contact paytm…
Later paytm also tells me that they don’t help customers via customer care and they open fake accounts of which I have call recording and they have a forum where they have written they contact the beneficiary which is also a lie and I have a call recording for that also
