I WAS BOOKED A TICKET FROM REDBUS SITE AND PAYMENT WAS DONE THROUGH PAYTM WALLET.
I WAS CANCELLED THE TICKET AFTER TICKET BOOKING FROM RED BUS SITE. AFTER TICKET CANCELLATION THE TICKET AMOUNT SHOULD BE CREDIT IN MY PAYTM WALLET, STILL AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED IN MY PAYTM WALLETN,IHAVE
FROM RED BUS SIDE THEY ALREADY INITIATED THE PROCESS TO REFUND THE AMOUNT INTO MY PAYTM WALLET.
I HAVE REMINDED THEM SOMANY TIMES BUT THERE WAS NO PROPER ACTION FROM PAYTM AS WELL AS REDBUS .
