I have made a transaction of 1 Lakh through Gpay on 9 Apr 2021 to a merchant. I got the success status on Gpay and the amount is deducted from my account but not credited to the merchant account. Merchant was continuously receiving the text from Paytm that his account limit is exceeded after calling several times on Paytm customer support told us that the amount will credit next month.
As of the next month, I am getting failed status on Gpay. On customer support, saying they are not responsible for anything. The bank is refusing to chargeback because they don’t have any record of failure response against the payment. I am not getting any status where my money is. Not a single platform is taking any responsibilty or giving any proper response.
