Today i went to a nearby Paytm KYC point to get my KYC done . After i got my KYC done The agent asked me to pay money but i refused to pay as it is clearly mentioned on Paytm’s official website as
” KYC is FREE. You don’t have to pay any charges to the authorized Paytm Payments Bank representaives for KYC. Although we charge a nominal fee of Rs 150 for KYC done through home visits.”
so i was not giving him money but he started shouting loudly that he do not let me go out until i will pay him money. So he took Rs 50.00 from me forcefully and not even give me any reciept.
