I have visited a shop for completing my kyc in paytm the agent ask money for this and refuse to do the kyc without money and behave very rudely with me. I have read online that paytm kyc is free and it does not charge a single penny than why their agent take money. If paytm is aware of that and still not doing anything than this is the worst online payment portal and they are fraud and also I have sent complaint in kyc as message but they had done nothing.
