Mene 16 jun 2018 ko paytm mai upi methed se 3 time 1000,250,300 rupese add money kiya but trangection fail ho gaya magar mere bank account se money cut ho gaya mene same day he costumer care ko complaint ki to unlogo ne 5 working days mai money refound karne ka promis kiya but 5 din mai bhi refound nahi hua mene dobara complaint kiya to mujh se fer 5 days ko refund dene ko bola aaj tak pure 15 days ho chuke hai costumer care number bhi lag raha hai paytm ke ruls ke hisab se maximum 10 days tak refund garented mil jata hai plz sir app koi action lekar mera refund dilvaiye ,thanks
