On 7th March. I tried to login my paytm account into another mobile. By mistake on the same number 2 accounts are created and my old account got lost . I am not able to recover that . In my old paytm account my money is there . I complained on paytm customer care on 7th March . They told it will take 2 weeks. Two weeks are completed . They ask for documents I have submitted. But no proper action is taken by them . They are just passing the time . Please look after it
