My Paytm account got deactivated suddenly (with no notice) due to KYC. Tried contacting them on Paytm KYC number but it does not give any option to talk to CC representative. Then visited FIVE KYC points given on their website, but all simply said “Paytm server is down.” Tried to send mail but it bounced as Paytm has removed their mail ID from system (I’m sure due to lot of complaints).
What type of company is it? In case of a problem you cannot talk to agent, you cannot send mail, their touch points don’t work! So as long as you have no problem, everything is okay. But the moment you have a problem, Paytm says “We don’t want to hear any problems. You can go to hell!”
