When I do account opening on few years back, its easier process to do it. But the same account closure is very typical now. Whenever I submit the KYC verification document, they are asking me again and again the same document.
The KYC verification for account closure is fucking me inside.
Paytm is not treating the same way when customer do account closing.
I feel very very bad for that.
