I have been trying to close my paytm account for the past few days.
Paytm is making excuses that my KYC documents or my selfie is blurry even though they are not.
They are refusing to even check my uploaded documents or read my messages.
All of the replies from their end are pre written, and no matter the query, I always get the same response as one would find on FAQ documents.
