My Paytm account got blocked yesterday without any reason, I’m unable to login into my account. After trying to contact to customer care they have sent an automated msg saying my account is blocked due to a fraud reported by Gujarat Police. I’m totally confused. I’ve not used this account from last 1-2 weeks for any type of transactions. This is totally unfair. I asked for my passbook statement and they have again sent that previous automated msg. I tried calling but the bot said to use in-app chat feature. But on chat they are only sending automated replies. I’m really worried about my hard earned money which is now stucked inside my blocked account without any mistake done by me. I request to Paytm to kindly look into it and help me, I’ve been using Paytm since 5 years but this time I’m really really disappointed.
