My Paytm account has been blocked by Paytm. I don’t know what happened wrong. I asked for explanation they say as per directive from Crime Police Gujarat my account has been blocked. Paytm says my account can be unblocked only if they get NOC from Crime Police Gujarat. I asked paytm several time to show me order copy from Gujarat police to block my account but they never provide any document.Here is my concern
1. if anything suspicius activity happened, I should have get a chance to explain it before banning my account.
2. my paytm account is blocked I am unable to login, Paytm is asking for list unauthorised transaction details via card. I am fully confidence that there was no unauthorised transaction from my account.
3. I don’t want to use my number on
Paytm but I have money around 16-17K in my paytm wallet and Paytm Bank combined before my account was banned. I asked to transfer my money to an alternate account but they didn’t.
I want my hard earned money back.
Did you get the solution?, Unfortunately my account is also got blocked yesterday without any reason. I’m really worried.

Then only send automated response on Paytm app, best way to contact them is via Paytm care twitter dm or you can directly visit Paytm care noida just like me.. I visited there 3 times after that only the lift ban from my account.. now I’ve lost my faith in payment, will never keep more than 5k in paytm from now.
