my name is pankaj dawar, my paytm account linked to 9811063707 was blocked on claims of a fraud transaction id number 27960257929. But there was no fraud committed on my behalf. i had uploaded an ad for a camera lens on olx, an individual named happy pawar contacted me to buy it and provided his number as seen in the screenshot attached. he bought the lens next day and paid 2000 through paytm. a couple days after he filed a complaint against me to paytm for a fraud where in fact he paid me money willingly he owed for goods he bought. i have this screenshot that proves he willingly came to me and was not an unknown and also call recordings from his paytm linked mobile number that prove he bought the lens from me. i have provided all the evidences and details to paytm but they are not willing to help me. it is a request to help me as soon as possible.
