I want to register a complaint against PAYTM. My account is blocked from last few weeks due to 1 of the customer has mad a complaint to the account 8357905023 which does not even belong to me.
My PAYTM account is 7506902884. I have asked them to call me for clarification but no one seems to be imtrested in calling me. And now they are asking for receipt for the payment done by customer to 8357905023 which does not belong to me so how do o provide them receipt. No calls nothing just copy paste even by the nodal officer of PAYTM.
I HAVE FUNDS LYING IN MY PAYTM MONEY ACCOUNT WHICH IS ALSO BLOCKED GUYS ATLEAST THIS IS AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT AND MY FUNDS ARE LYING AND THIS GUYS ARE NOT INTERESTED.
