I have an Paytm account with mobile number 8897999292 and there is a balance of Rs.1200+ amount in the account. All of a sudden, one fine morning on 26 th Jan 2023, account logged out and when tried to login it has created a new account in Paytm with zero balance
Neither it has validated my mobile number nor the details.
When reached out to customer care of Paytm, they are opening a ticket and closing them as solved. Despite of providing all the details requested by Paytm ( like aadhaar card, bank account from where the money has been added etc) we are NOT getting any positive response of resolution till date. This is really pathetic and eating my precious time and hard earned money.
I am not really sure what to do hence raising this compliant so that you can help me with resolution. Thank you
