I’ve contacted paytm via e-mail, in reply I was asked to wait for 2-3 days, i waited for the given time line but still I am unable to login. The last reply from paytm was on 26th April 2017 after that there is no reply on my mails. I am concerned about my hard earned money that account holds my Rs 8000. I want them back, also the thing is there is no security for the users data as well, there was some wrong information about a specific transaction provided by paytm to a third person, due to which I am suffering, I dont even have the account to justify myself. I am totally frustrated. And paytms customer care number, why do you call this number as customer care, it is not!!!! I’ve tried that number like 100000 times never got cunnected.
Paytm a simple question WHAT SHOULD I DO TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TOWARD MY CASE ??
