I booked 2 tickets from paytm on 17 jan 2020 for 26 march
Because of this pandemic all flights were cancelled & they provided our money safe with a credit shell. At that time I was not able to use that credit shell & an amount of 1836 was to be refunded by paytm & I called them 50 times to get that money but at that time they deducted 500 & given the left 1336 rupees. I raised the complaint again & I do not know they just cancelled my ticket & my credit shell & I was not able to book ticket. I was so frustrated & I called them 40 times again & in a month they resolved this problem. I called them daily till now for that 500 left amount & again last week they cancelled my credit shell & I do not know why. This 3 months I am just begging in front of them but there mail team their social media team or there call team never helped me or answered
I am really depressed with them & I do not have any option that is why now I am doing this
