We didn’t received our payment for the payout period of 04.07.2021 to 20.072021, when we checked the finance option on Swiggy partner app it’s showing Rs. 0 .00 amount ,even it’s is wrong. There showing Rs.1193 total sell amount and Rs 1193 has been deducted for customer refund, even we didn’t agree for any refund amount. Now when we contact to the customer care they answered that send an email regarding this, we send an email to to partner support,but no response from there.We again contact to the support number,they told that have to wait 24 to 48 hrs. But the concern is our vendor will not wait for long time,we have to pay them.We asked the Kolkata office but they told they don’t know.
Now I am in a trouble regarding this , but nobody from Swiggy response is.
