On 02 August, 2018 one person called me through this number +91 7291987299 on my paytm registered number and said that I am the lucky winner and he reminded me of one of the product which I bought through paytm app.
How can a fraudulent company get access to data regarding the product which I bought from paytm app so I think paytm is also involved in this fraud. He said that he is a paytm representative and I am lucky customer of paytm and they will give me a bumper prize of any one of the following product of my choice j7 prime samsung mobile or Dell/hp laptop or sony led tv , they said that this gifts are too costly so that for address confirmation and for delivering product to your address you have to purchase any item from paytm whose total value should be more than 3000.
So, I added product item for RS. 3835/- in my cart on paytm. After that he called me and gave me a QR code on whats app and told me to transfer amount on this QR code through paytm, so I transferred Rs. 3835 on this QR CODE through paytm.
He told me that I will get the product soon. They have also told that I need to pay gst of RS 18000/- in order to receive my laptop product and has sent me following bank account details-
Name of company-Pay Online shopping ifsc code INDB0000831 and AC No- 100057264557
I transferred RS 18000/- in above bank account, After 10 min. they called me and again demanding money 18000/- for service tax then I realized that its fraud with me then i tried to contact on paytm to report the fraud but no one is picking up the call on paytm customer care number, I also tried to contact the person but he didn’t respond me and making me as fool.
Sir, I search online about this payonlineshopping frauding then I got known that many people has cheated by this fraud company, pls do something. Thank you

i had also rec fake call saying paytm employee..i deeply talk about their offer.and i know where her froud offices are situated c-19 ganesh nagar,akashardham delhi.
