I Aruna Kumari B who is the victim of the phonepee. Some Fraud person had done some around 8 transaction from my phone pe account which it is been registerd under my number and from my phone pe wallet with adding other kyc document. It is not me. I don’t have any phone pe account previously and I started recieveing the messages the opt and amount paied and transaction ids of 4 and latter on the messages stoped. When I seen my messages and I got doubt, I installed the Phonepe and checked, there were the other kyc and also some transaction dones from afternoon to evening 5.pm around. All the transaction done 18th march where I received only four transaction otp which i didnt approve as i didnt install phonepe app or not used phone pe account at that time. I seen the messages and came alert after 4 pm where something went wrong and i download the app and tried to login where i found some one Id and Kyc and some transactions done flipkart, lic etc. The amount is around 40thousand around. I will give you in details and they used the bank debit card . There was notification added for south bihar electircal bill paying on 20th march. I raised the complain to PHonepee on 19th march around 10.00am as I was not able to lodge or raise ticket before as your customer care is not reachable after 7.00Pm. The phonepe guys gave 5working days and today is 26th march I have not received any call or update from them and my phone pe is blocked and i am not able to login for ticket details. I am attaching all the details with messages i received and all the transaction proofs. Here by I am complain these transaction done on 18th march are not mine and there is fraud done by phone pe account which is operated by others. You can check all the records. I want to take a legal action on PHonepe who didnt respond to customer at proper time and support.
