Hi, refund was made to us on 12 Feb 2021 by Freelancer but the refund amount is still not reflected in our bank account. I have repeatedly contacted Paytm regarding same but haven’t got any satisfactory response. We have provided all the details to paytm but they are not even bothered to check details of provided transaction ID and they keep asking for the same details again and again.
