I am Nirbhay kumar singh, I am a customer of flipkart, I had made a payment of 3554/- for the flipkart pay later Nov 2019 bill by pnb net banking on 5/dec/2019,The money got debited from my account but flipkart is not accepting. I had contacted them so many times and I had emailed the bank statement as well the transaction details provided by the gateway (which was provided by flipkart for payment )but they are warning me for legal action. This is almost 68 days after payment was made , I don’t know where my money has gone. Other than this they had fined me with ₹200/-. So please help me out to sort out my issue as soon as possible. I have proof regarding payment made by me as well as the email made by me to flipkart.
