On 6th of April 2023 fire boltt launch a new smart watch model collide. So I like the design so I decide 2 watches to buy from fire boltt official site so I did login and choose 2 watches. Actual price of 2 watches is ₹5998 but after using coupon I get 10% less and payment through UPI than get extra 5% more off so I used PhonePe UPI and payment of ₹5128.29. So PhonePe deducted money from my bank but unfortunately my order not placed yet and I did complaint 2 times to fire boltt but still my refund not coming yet and also not placed my order ? so please help me for refund my money.
