I had recharged with a payment of 389.07 rupees with a deal me good vaucher for my BSNL number on 18/03/2023, but the payment was deducted but not reached the BSNL service. Hence I would not able to get the validity service of my BSNL number for this type of fraud inconvenience. How can I get the payment back.
