Hello,
Myself Sandeep.Shetty. I have a complaint regarding Kotak Mahindra bank. On 3rd December around 5:33pm, I was making an online payment towards Stamp duty & registration amount on the government portal. The amount was Rs.2,17,511 and the transaction failed for some reason, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Since then I have been following up with Kotak Mahindra bank customer service through calls, emails, chat but I still get the amount credited back to my account.
The transaction details are as mentioned below:

Rs. 2,17,511.88
I have also attached herewith transaction failed screen shot for reference.
Please do the needful as I need this fund urgently and I am not getting any updates from the bank end.
