Text of Complaint by Vikram Singh:

I am Vikram Singh who is a Paytm user. My Paytm account is linked with my SBI bank.
The merchant’s name is Gagan Deep which is bharat pe user. I made a transaction of Rs. 15000 to Gagan Deep through Paytm (UPI) on 1 January 2022 which was successful.
Transaction reference no. – 200104752915.
But still not reached the merchant.
I talked to Paytm customer care many times, lodged a complaint but no solution was found and talked to SBI customer care then they say talk to Paytm. 20 days have passed but I have found nothing but trouble. I want a refund from Paytm.
I have payment receipt and bharat pe app statement on merchant’s bank statement which indicates that my above information is true.
Please help me to get refund.
