Yesterday I hvae paid Rs.399/- (Rupees three hundred ninety nine only) towards purchase of laptop from website “sales-digis.tk” through paytm website, after payment appear on screen JUNAI MUJTABA KHAN in paytm website screen. The screen shot attached herewith. in this website “sales-digis.tk” no phone number, address is not mentioned in the website, payment method is only Paytm on the screen, I trust paytm website and paid rs.399/-. After I have not getting any confirmation from JUNAI MUJTABA KHAN or “sales-digis.tk” .
I contact paytm over phone, they said we not able to back the money from seller, and they will proceed legal on seller and wait for 15 days. But I am not believe this answer, because I search the website in google, then I found fraud website and from Netherlands.
Please refund my money to my paytm wallet at the earliest.
