I have paid payment through paytm postpaid but payment not received to user.
payment date 13/Apr/2022 , payment amount 1600. and its showing successful status on my app but in user didn’t and the major thing is in paytm no option to create ticket regarding this particular transaction an I have call to paytm they said this is not my authorized complain but for postpaid in paytm no any mail id and no any support. Please help me regarding this
