I had ordered Laser etching machine mini engraver from their website on 12th oct 22 and paid Rs 138/- Paytm attached the screenshot. Got a thank you confirmation on the website on making online payment but no SMS on phone or email Till date have not received the product nor any message from them. Also the contact details provided on website are fake. but there is no delivery and no response from Retailzy named seller. I am also attaching the order confirmation detail screenshot.
