Hi sir I’m rakesh i have taken freo pay my limit is only 300 on 31st Jan 2023 i have paid the bill and I don’t have proper income so i took it on same day they are asking 5feb i have already told to them after thirty days only i have to give but they are torturing through email and WhatsApp to pay the amount for Feb month i have to pay on March 5th but Jan month they are asking i already paid before that due date they asking again and again and they charged 1214rs i have already paid Jan month y i hv to pay again they r telling u missed payment im always right they are asking extra amount what i should do now

    As per our policy, all repayments should be done within a month of utilizing your Freo Pay amount.

    The billing cycle is the 1st to the 30th of any month, the payment needs to be done before the 5th of the subsequent month.

    Unfortunately, due to your delinquency, late payment charges were charged.
