Payment refund issue and take wrong charges for re-new fiber connection.
i request GTPL executive for renew my old id and convert in to fiber line and i will ready to pay extra 600 rs charges of old to new fiber cable charge.
but at the time of payment they create new id on same address so that’s why my connection was on hold and no one are pick up my call ..
