I have recharge on 26th of may 2020 for prime membership and amount has been debited from my account but I didn’t get prime membership.after conversation with customer care services staff they told that amount will refund within 5 working day but still I didn’t get my amount.when I again try to talk with customer care staff they told me that we didn’t received any payment from your side.kindly contact to your bank.
