Text of Complaint by Kamalpreet Singh:

Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to subject matter, An amount of Rs. 9000.00 was transferred through my Mobikwik Wallet to Paytm Merchant account on 29.11.2021 mobikwik transferred the amount via ICICI UPI. On the same day the amount was refunded by Paytm via same account as per attached screenshot. But After so many calls and emails i didn’t get my funds back in to my wallet till 16.12.2021 only get answer to wait.
I need my funds to pay off my credit card dues the Company and its employees didn’t understand my situation
Kindly provide me resolution.
