Kindly initiate the refund amount of 144330, which got debited on Yatra site for flight booking on 11Nov. But there was no booking initiated or processed through Yatra nor details shared on the flight details to the email id – mahak.agarwal14@gmail.com. Yatra has hold my amount since 72 hours for a non-confirmed booking and even after repeated emails and customer care contact, Yatra is not initiating my refund with an intention of levying cancellation charges. I want my full refund to be initiated as the booking has not been confirmed.

my account money debited but where is my order
