I have made my payment through PayPal, it has not credited my account, I call and call them all I get is come back later. The lady told me to go to their retailer and they will have a fixed when I get there the lady says she can charge my card again if I would like , but if the phone gets shut off to come back tomorrow. When they are closed I called their customer service number and get told to call back later. They do this almost every month and then tack on a 20 dollar late charge. I’m sick of this company scamming me for 20 dollars here and there
