Dear Sir,
I have done payment of Rs. 2231.53 done to activate international roaming for Qatar for Mobile No. 8800983030 with transaction Id given by SBI Credit card team as 1002202630047296493 dated 07/02/2026. This amount is not mentioned in my recent bill dated 24 Feb 2026. Kindly do the favor to credit this amount mentioned above as I have already paid the complete due amount of Rs 8646.67.
To assist us in investigating and resolving the issue promptly, please provide valid payment proof containing the following details:
– Transaction ID. 1002202630047296493
– Date of Payment. 07 Feb 2026
– Amount. 2231.53
– Mobile/Landline Number. 8800983030, 9810626233
