In Paytm postpaid Yesterday when I was tried to pay the bill of ₹7507 many times but they didn’t allowed me to pay the same. There was shown as ‘Sorry, this transaction is declined as our system surveillance bot has flagged your account from making this transaction’ . Therefore I contacted customer care but no results arose,I emailed to grievance but no reply. Today they charges ₹885 as late fees (Total ₹8391.57). Even today I want to pay the total bill of ₹8391.57 the same message displayed. What can I do?
