Dear Sir,
Its of all company is not able to provide bill copy to his post paid user. Although this when user make payment of his bill by chq. Not credit that amount in his account.
I have make payment by chq no 924295 Dt 10/02/2020 of Rs.883.00 . Chqs has been credit in company account on 12th Feb 2020 but company not giving benefit to us. Company outlet never given any payment receipt to customers.
Although this demanding our account bank statment which is totally unjustified.
it just done Because of mismanagement of company.
I already done many complaint in past but not get any proper or positive response.
