I ordered Dell Inspiron 3576 laptop on Paytm mall on 7 Jan 2019 and it’s delivery date is 11 Jan 2019, after 1day it shows delivery date is 12 Jan and till now my product is at seller location in Karnataka. And it has to be delivered on 12 Jan in Zirakpur 140603 . Talking to customer care from last four days for approx 4 hours on call. And they told me that they were investigating this issue and will give revert back to you but didn’t get got any rrvere back. Now my demand is that I want full amount that is 54650 +interest to be refunded. My order no. Is 7006474681. Please help me to get out of this.
